The Buyers and Sellers tab will give you reports and helpful advice whether you are buying a home or selling, where-as the Real Estate News will keep you informed on market trends, lending, foreclosures, current sales, home improvements and much more!

If you are considering moving to Oroville, Chico, Paradise or their surrounding areas, there are many interest that may make your consideration a definite decision.

Oroville offers a beautiful lake which allows activities such as fishing, boating, skiing, sailing and boat-in campgrounds. The lake also has marinas that you can rent large or small houseboats and party barges. Camping is available at Bidwell Marina with a little store for supplies and upstairs bar. Long term docking or slips are available if you would like to keep your boat in the water all year long.

Around the lake there are endless trails that are used for mountain biking, horses back riding, walking and jogging. The mountains are just minutes away, offering a quick escape from the city life. Down town Oroville has two Casinos which offer fine dining, buffets, concerts and dancing. Two breweries are in Oroville, along with antique stores and shopping and a skate park for kids.

Chico offers many fine coffee shops, wonderful dining, and great places to shop. Bicycling is preferred here by many for transportation, and Chico has great parks and trails for mountain biking, walking, or exploring. On Thursday nights and Saturday mornings, Chico has a wonderful farmers market with vendors bringing in fresh produce, flowers, honey and much more! School choices are Chico State and Butte College.

Paradise offers a wonderful community of living in the Pines! Lake Oroville also branches to Paradise with a marina where again you can enjoy all water sports. Mountain biking trails, snow-mobiling, and trails for motorcycle riding are among the choices you will enjoy in Paradise.
